To help our personal trainers provide a professional, enjoyable and inspiring experience for you, please read through the terms and conditions of personal training with a rghbfitness Personal Trainer. Before you begin any exercise programme or begin to follow any of the personal training recommendations, advice or other instructions you should first consult your doctor and have a physical examination. The recommendations, advice and instructions provided by rghbfitness personal trainers are in no way intended to replace or to be taken as medical advice. Rghbfitness and all associated personal trainers offers no warranties or representations regarding the advice, instructions, email advice or any other information provided. You should be aware and accept that participating in exercise has a risk of causing injury, both minor and potentially major. Rghbfitness shall not be liable for any injuries which arise in any sessions including boot camps, personal training, couple & group training, sports massage sessions.

Payments and cancellationsRghbfitness and all personal trainers request full payment in advance for all personal training services. This is non-refundable.Notification of cancellation for pre booked personal training sessions is requested at least 24 hours in advance of the appointed time, to incur no charge. No notification of cancellation or not arriving for the appointment incurs the full fee for the session.All contracted personal training sessions must be used within the month of payment. i.e 30/31 days, from the first paid session with the exception of personal training sessions paid by standing order which must be used within the calendar month which they were paid for. In the event that your personal trainer cancels a pre booked session providing less than 12 hours notice, your personal trainer should reschedule the missed session and credit you with an additional one free training session. 

Sessions must be attended as a couple or you will lose the hour. (one attendee =30mins session)

Toilets & showers are available to use anytime before, during and after class.

How will I receive my refund?

Changes to prices Rghbfitness reserves the right to change its pricing terms for subscriptions at any time. We will notify you in advance of such changes becoming effective. Changes to the pricing terms will not apply retroactively and will only apply for subscription renewals after such changed pricing terms have been communicated to you, If you do not agree with the changes you may choose not to renew your subscription  

Payment:

That will be extra cost after the subscriptions The rghbfitness app is purchased and downloaded via the AppStore and Google play. All payments are managed and made through the app provider. You can manage your purchases there – you have to accept their terms and conditions before purchasing the rghbfitness app. Can pay for a monthly or one off payment  You can purchase the rghbfitness app through a monthly and annual subscription. • AppStore – Official Apple Support • Google Play – Android Apps on Google Play  You can cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time with the app provider. Once you download the app you have two choosie stay with the monthly workout or op into a personal training program, witch is a extra cost that will be discussed via a constatation to you’re your personal workout and diet plans. We do not collect personally identifiable information about you You will be asked to sign in to use our services You will have 4 options to collect results. Photo, measements, clothing size, weight.  Have links to rghbfitness web page for clothing or events, Personal information in this context means identifiable information about a person. Given different exercise each month and 15/30/45 min workouts to try with rghbfitness  as a monthly subscriber  Once subscribers you have position to email rghbfitness for a private workout program. Option to Subscriptions are automatically renewed until you cancel and end the subscription. All amounts to be paid and charged: For monthly or yearly subscriptions, at the beginning of the subscription Each subscription renews automatically for an additional period equal to the expiring subscription period until you cancel it. A user account may not be shared with other persons  Account registerered by bots or any other automated methods are not permitted  Each user must register only one account per-person.  You must cancel your monthly or yearly subscription before it renews to avoid billing for the next subscription period. You can cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time with the app provider. You will not receive a refund for the fees you have already paid for your current subscription period. You will continue to receive the services ordered until the end of the current subscription period.   You must cancel your subscription with the app provider. Future updates You agree that your purchases are not conditional on the delivery of any future functionality or features. These terms have been concluded between you and rghbfitness and not with the app provider. rghbfitness is solely responsible for the content and future functionality of the app. Intellectual Property The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of rghbfitness and its licensors.
