I have been a PT & SPORTS MASSAGE for over 20 years. In that time I have; done bodybuilding, fitness modelling, run tough mudder (4 times), completed a nuclear race AND a nuclear fit. I have played American football for london Olympians (running back and kick off team). I have completed 5k, 10k run and Southend half marathon. As you can tell I have been very busy.
I now want to take myself to the next level in health and fitness, and motivate my client's, friends and family.
I will competing one of my life goals and pushing myself beyond my limitations and comfort zone and take part in both the LONDON HALF MARATHON AND LONDON MARATHON 2025.
With this goal I believe I will motivate everyone by proving that anyone can do long distance runs and much more.
I need your HELP raising money to help these charities.
Doing two runs (half marathon and marathon) I wish to raise money for two charities. The two charities I have chosen are:
-Team Tommy (London Half Marathon on 6th April 2025); and,
-Oxfam (London Marathon on 27th April 2025)
Below is some brief info on these two charities:
Team Tommy - From a campaign that began in a spare cupboard in St Thomas’ Hospital, Tommy’s is now the largest UK charity researching the causes and prevention of pregnancy complications, miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth.
Oxfam is a global community of people who believe in a kinder, and radically better world, where everyone has the power to thrive not just survive. They believe they can overcome poverty by fighting the injustices and inequalities that fuel it.
As part of my charity fundraising efforts I will be holding fundraising events, boot camps in the park, all day bike rides etc. Dates will be announced soon on Instagram / Facebook rghbfitness - will keep you posted on this.
