Personal Training Terms & Conditions

Rghbfitness look forward to helping you achieve your personal training goals. To help our personal trainers provide a professional, enjoyable and inspiring experience for you, please read through the terms and conditions of personal training with a rghbfitness Personal Trainer.
Before you begin any exercise programme or begin to follow any of the personal training recommendations, advice or other instructions you should first consult your doctor and have a physical examination.
The recommendations, advice and instructions provided by rghbfitness personal trainers are in no way intended to replace or to be taken as medical advice.
Rghbfitness and all associated personal trainers offers no warranties or representations regarding the advice, instructions, email advice or any other information provided.
You should be aware and accept that participating in exercise has a risk of causing injury, both minor and potentially major.
Rghbfitness shall not be liable for any injuries which arise in any sessions including boot camps, personal training, couple & group training, sports massage sessions.

Payments and cancellations

Rghbfitness and all personal trainers request full payment in advance for all personal training services. This is non-refundable.

Notification of cancellation for pre booked personal training sessions is requested at least 24 hours in advance of the appointed time, to incur no charge. No notification of cancellation or not arriving for the appointment incurs the full fee for the session.

All contracted personal training sessions must be used within 3 months commencing from the first paid session with the exception of personal training sessions paid by standing order which must be used within the calendar month which they were paid for.

In the event that your personal trainer cancels a pre booked session providing less than 12 hours notice, your personal trainer should reschedule the missed session and credit you with an additional one free training session.


How will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means you used to make your purchase.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.

Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, except in the case of products which are hand crafted in which there may be slight differences in the final product.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item? only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible to rectify the issue.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service through the website.

What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Gift Card and Credit Voucher Card.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. – never a Post Office)

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Store deliveries take 3 to 5 working days, standard deliveries, 3 to 5 working days and express deliveries, between 1 and 2 working days.

How much do I pay for delivery service?

Store delivery – FREE. Standard delivery – 4.00 GBP. (FREE for orders over 50 GBP) Express delivery – 10.00 GBP.

What happens if I lose my Gift Card?

The Gift Card is a bearer document. Rghbfitness will not replace the Card if it is stolen, lost or damaged.

Can I get a refund of the remaining balance?

No, the balance of the Card may not be refunded or exchanged for cash.

How do I use a Gift Card at Select payment method “Gift Card” and enter the Card number (16 digits) and the CVV (3 digits).

We recognise that the privacy of our client’s personal information is a fundamental element of public trust and confidence in our service. We are well aware of our client’s privacy concerns and as such, adopt responsible privacy standards to provide our clients with privacy protections in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998
